Claes Zackrisson

Managing Director

Claes Zackrisson has nearly 20 years of experience leading executive search, leadership development and assessment across the global life sciences sector. He brings a strong track record of partnering with pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech organisations on senior international search mandates, leadership advisory and complex strategic projects. With a particular focus on assessment and development, Claes combines deep executive search expertise with a broad understanding of leadership effectiveness, organisational needs and team performance. His experience spans both client delivery and senior business intelligence leadership, giving him a highly analytical and commercially grounded approach to talent and leadership strategy. As Managing Director of GENerX Life, Claes plays a central role in helping clients identify, assess and secure leadership talent, while also advising on broader leadership and organisational challenges that support growth and long-term success. Originally from Sweden, Claes holds a BA in Economics and is a certified Professional Coach and Process Communication Model™ trainer. He is accredited in a range of psychometric and behavioural assessment tools, including DISC PPA, HPTI and Saville Wave, and speaks fluent English, French and Swedish.
