Guillaume Junjaud

Co-founder & CEO

With 19 years of experience dedicated to innovation and transformation in the pharmaceutical industry, Guillaume Junjaud has developed a deep understanding of the global Life Sciences business. During his career at Sanofi, he notably managed an external research and innovation budget exceeding €300 million, an achievement recognized with the 3rd prize at the SANOFI R&D Science Awards in 2016. He also held strategic positions such as Medical Studies Analytics Lead and Chief of Staff for the iCMC-New Products program. At Ipsen, as Senior Director, Head of Strategic Portfolio Management & Governance, he led five global portfolio reviews involving more than 300 key stakeholders and played a driving role in simplifying and transforming the company’s operating model. Driven by his passion for the Life Sciences sector and operational excellence, he co-founded HMC Matching in 2022 to bridge the gap between industry players and the specialized talent they need. Today, he leverages an agile network of more than 4,000 “Expert Angels” to deliver tailored recruitment, consulting, and management solutions.

Camille Calas

Chief Operating Officer

Holding a Master’s degree in Mathematical Engineering and Life Sciences, and trained in leadership at HEC Paris, Camille Calas brings a strong dual expertise in science and business. After starting her career as a biostatistician at Servier and Sanofi-aventis, and later as a Business Analyst in oncology at Roche, she transitioned into business development and recruitment. For nearly ten years, she served as Managing Director at IVIDATA Life Sciences, where she took on the challenge of building the entity from the ground up, growing the team to 200 employees with double-digit growth. She excelled in establishing strategic partnerships with industry players and structuring high-performing internal teams. Now serving as Chief Operating Officer at HMC Matching, she leverages her key strengths in team leadership and corporate strategy to support Life Sciences organizations, ensuring high-quality delivery and excellence in execution.
